Welcome to Peacify, a mobile-first sleep and meditation app provided by Peacify.org ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Peacify, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your access to and use of Peacify is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users.
Peacify provides guided breathing, color visualization, and ambient audio for sleep and meditation. Features may vary by tier (Free or Pro).
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
By creating an account and using Peacify, you consent to our collection of the following data so we can operate, support, and improve the service:
We do NOT store your raw IP address. Your IP is converted to a one-way hash using a salt that rotates every twenty-four (24) hours, which prevents the hash from being used to identify or track you over time. We do not use third-party advertising trackers in this analytics pipeline, and we do not sell your analytics data.
Retention: individual event records are retained for up to thirteen (13) months and then permanently deleted. Aggregated daily counts (for example, "X signups on day Y") may be retained indefinitely. Your meditation session history is retained for the life of your account as part of your product data.
Your rights: you may request a copy of the analytics events associated with your account, or request deletion, by emailing support@peacify.org. Deleting your account will delete your analytics sessions and will disassociate your historical events from your identity. If you reside in the European Union or United Kingdom, the legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service; you may object to this processing by contacting support@peacify.org.
Access: your analytics data is queryable only by Peacify operators and an internal Peacify business dashboard, and we do not sell it. Advertising and payment data are shared only with the providers named above (Google and Stripe) to deliver those features.

Free tier includes limited features; Pro tier requires payment (when implemented) and unlocks additional features. All sales are final.
You agree not to misuse the app, including hacking, reverse engineering, or using it for illegal purposes.
All content, including audio, code, and designs, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. © 2026 Peacify. All rights reserved.
Peacify is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Use at your own risk.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Peacify.
Peacify is for general wellness and not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if you have medical conditions. Peacify includes slow, gradual brightness transitions in color fades. While not known to trigger seizures, these may cause discomfort for users sensitive to light changes. If you have photosensitivity or epilepsy, discontinue use if you experience any adverse effects.
We may terminate your access at any time for any reason.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
